Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering freshly roasted coffee to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Every order is prepared with freshness in mind and carefully packaged before shipment.

We offer free domestic shipping within the United States on all coffee orders, regardless of bag size.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping carriers: USPS or UPS

  • Shipping is free on all domestic orders.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers around the world. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, which are calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and local delivery services. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Fulfillment

Coffee is typically roasted, prepared, and shipped within 1–5 business days after your order is placed. In many cases, orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days.

Because our coffee is prepared to order, fulfillment times may vary slightly during periods of high order volume.

Freshly Roasted & Shipped

We roast and package our coffee to order to help preserve freshness and quality. Depending on the order and fulfillment schedule, your coffee may be roasted and shipped on the same day.

Our goal is to get your coffee from the roaster to your doorstep as efficiently as possible while maintaining its freshness.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. You can use the tracking information to monitor your package's delivery status.
