Our products may be fulfilled through a third-party coffee fulfillment service. Orders can be freshly roasted, packaged, and shipped directly to customers under our store's private-label branding.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are generally processed, freshly roasted, and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days, with many orders being processed within 1–2 business days.
Domestic U.S. orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and local carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds
Because our coffee is a consumable and freshly roasted product, returns are generally not accepted once products have been shipped or opened.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund.

7. Dripshipper Service
Our store may use Dripshipper, a third-party coffee fulfillment and private-label service operated under its applicable terms and agreements.
Dripshipper users are subject to the service's own terms, including its End User License Agreement, subscription terms, and other applicable policies.
The 14-day trial or money-back guarantee offered by Dripshipper applies to eligible users of the Dripshipper platform/service and does not automatically apply to coffee purchases made by customers through our website.
8. Branding and Labeling
Products fulfilled through our private-label service may be shipped using our own branding and packaging.
We are responsible for ensuring that any claims we make about our products comply with applicable laws and regulations.
